Order Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made before the order has been shipped.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun.
Used Products

Refund or replacement will be allowed only if the customer can establish that the delivered item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team.

The request will be processed after the merchant/vendor verifies and confirms the issue.

All such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Product Not as Expected

If the product delivered is not as displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.

For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, the issue should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
Refund Timelines
