Refund policy

PAROS INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED (KOYOZO) is committed to assisting its customers as much as possible and follows a clear and customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made before the order has been shipped.

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun.

Used Products

  • PAROS INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED (KOYOZO) does not accept cancellation requests for used items.

  • Refund or replacement will be allowed only if the customer can establish that the delivered item is damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team.

  • The request will be processed after the merchant/vendor verifies and confirms the issue.

  • All such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

Product Not as Expected

  • If the product delivered is not as displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.

  • After reviewing your concern, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.

  • For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, the issue should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.

 

Refund Timelines

  • For all refunds approved by PAROS INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED (KOYOZO), it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
