Birkenstock Gift Cards can only be redeemed at the Birkenstock Online Shop ([www.birkenstock.in](http://www.birkenstock.in)). The gift cards can be bought by any Birkenstock customer who shall be deemed as the “sender”. Post the purchase of the online gift cards, it shall be emailed to the email address mentioned by the sender at the time of purchase to the “receiver”. Gift cards can only be purchased through prepaid modes of payment. Cash on delivery is not applicable during the purchase of gift cards. The Gift Cards can be redeemed for all goods on the Birkenstock India website ([www.birkenstock.in](http://www.birkenstock.in)). Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards can be combined with promotional vouchers, but discretion of use remains with the Birkenstock India team. If the value of the gift card is not sufficient for an order, the difference must be paid using another payment method approved by Birkenstock India. Cash on delivery is not applicable. Gift cards purchased on the Birkenstock Online Shop ([www.birkenstock.in](http://www.birkenstock.in)) cannot be redeemed at any Birkenstock offline stores. Customers can redeem up to 5 gift cards at the same time, and any remaining balance in the gift card will be saved for the next purchase against the last used gift cards. At the time of redemption, the Gift Card number sent via email to the receiver will be validated by Birkenstock India to ensure there is no revocation. Any balance remaining in the Gift Card will be carried over to the next purchase. All Birkenstock India Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The validity of gift cards cannot be extended after the expiry date. In case of any technical issues, customers should reach out to customer care immediately. Gift cards are not transferable to any subsequent users or email IDs. Birkenstock India is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. In such cases, Birkenstock India will block the existing card and reissue another gift card with the remaining value after validating the authenticity of the receiver. Products purchased with gift cards follow the same refund and return policy as general orders on the Birkenstock India website. In case of product refunds, the refund will be issued to the same gift card used at the time of purchase. Refunds to bank accounts will not be possible.
