How to redeem
Visit www.bluestone.com or use the BlueStone mobile app (Android or iOS). Select the jewellery item you wish to purchase. On the payment page, select the “Gift Card” option. Enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and PIN to redeem the value.
Terms & conditions
Gift Cards are redeemable on www.bluestone.com and at select BlueStone offline stores. Valid on plain gold jewellery, gold coins, silver coins, solitaires, preset solitaires, diamond jewellery, and gemstone jewellery. Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction and can be combined with other payment methods. Gift Cards are partially redeemable and can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted or the card expires. Valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded. Lost or misused Gift Cards will not be replaced and cannot be revalidated after expiry. Gift Cards are for personal, non-commercial use only and cannot be resold or used for promotions without prior written consent from BlueStone. BlueStone reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time. All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction. E-Gift Cards are usually delivered instantly but may take up to 24–48 hours due to system delays.
