How to redeem
Login to Cinépolis Website or Cinépolis mobile app Select the city, movie, cinema, show date, show time, and seats of your choice. Select the Food and Beverages of your choice. When prompted, please enter the details by entering your email ID and mobile number, as this information will be used to confirm your transaction via email and SMS. On the payment page, under Gift Cards, please enter your gift card details. Your order summary will be updated with the amount of the discount. To proceed with the transaction, fill in the remaining details and pay any balance amount by other payment methods.
Terms & conditions
The Gift Card is valid on transactions undertaken on the web and app of Cinepolis. The Gift Cards are valid on both - Movie Tickets as well as Food and Beverages. Gift Card is only valid for cinemas listed on Cinépolis digital channels. Movie tickets are subject to availability at the respective Cinépolis Cinemas. Only one gift card can be applied to each transaction. Tickets once bought through, shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged in any form whatsoever. Once the booking is completed, the confirmation e-mail/SMS received from Cinépolis, needs to be scanned/exchanged with cinema representatives to enter the cinema premises. Cinépolis India Private Limited general rules & regulations are applicable. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this program.
